SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
Product Lost or Damaged?
If product gets lost or damaged through shipment process, unhappy with product or ordered in wrong pattern? We are happy to help! We want you to be completely satisfied! Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. You can order same product for free, receive a different product for free, or refund to the original payment method. Discounted items or items ordered using a code, do not qualify for a re-order of full payment but refunds are available. No exchanges or returns due to COVID.

Email-smamerow@orworld.net or nmamerow@orworld.net with details and date of purchase order from confirmation email. Tell us what happened to your lovely products with pictures within 30 days of purchase and we’ll be happy to help you!
Does OR World LLC ship nationally?
No, we are happy to ship nationally but don’t ship internationally.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an order notification from OR World/USPS via email for tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. How are shipping rates calculated? Or change of delivery?
Shipping rates are calculated by weight and zones. We use USPS, and got you qualified for First Class Package mail receiving orders in 1-3 business days. Rates start at $3.80 per package without weight. You’ll have to reorder product to correct address. To qualify for our one-time “people make mistakes code” for $15.00 towards next purchase. Use code PEOPLEMAKEMISTAKES
How long will it take for my products to ship in?
Your lovely products should take 1-3 business days with our First-Class Package mail system and will be sent out no later than @5pm central time Mon-Fri. We do not ship products on weekends or holidays. If ordered after 5 pm on a Friday, it will be sent out on Monday. Due to COVID, shipping may take longer than normal delivery time.
