Lost or Damaged Products

If your order arrives lost or damaged, comes in the wrong style, or you're simply not satisfied, we want to make it right. Refunds and replacements are available within 30 days of purchase. You can choose a free replacement of the same product, a different product at no charge, or a refund to your original payment method. Discounted items are not eligible for this policy.

To request a replacement or refund, email support@orworld.net with your order confirmation details, the date of purchase, and a few photos of the issue, within 30 days of purchase. We're happy to help.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as we print your shipping label, often before your package is even picked up. Please allow up to 48 hours after pickup for tracking status to update. How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated by package weight and delivery zone through USPS First Class Package mail, with delivery typically in 3 to 5 business days. Rates start around $7.30 per package before weight is added. You can review USPS shipping details here.

Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address. All sales are final, so if an order needs to go to a different address, a new order will need to be placed. For any questions, email support@orworld.net.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days via USPS First Class Package. Orders are sent out by 3pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. We don't ship on weekends or holidays, so any order placed after 3pm on Friday will go out the following Monday.
