For an individual cap with a name, shop any scrub cap and add your name right in the product options — set "name embroidery" to yes, type the name, pick your thread color and placement. A vector file is ideal — .AI, .EPS, .PDF or .SVG — because it stays razor-sharp whether printed or embroidered at any size. Don't have vector? Yes — satin lining can be added to almost any cap in our store to protect hair and reduce frizz and breakage. On bulk orders it's added right on the quote form, and it's discounted versus ordering singles. Just check the satin lining option when you request your quote.
